We are absolutely thrilled with the way the dogs were treated before, during and after the flight to the States! I understand that there was a huge tailback on the M25 when the dogs were in transit, and they were still able to make the plane, after stopping at a vet en-route! World Care, and its partners who assisted them in England and the US, deserve high praise for making the move as comfortable as possible for my 14 year old dog, and also the "young'un", who are both now quite happy to be reunited with the family!

I know I had to reschedule their flights several times, and you were always very patient with me! Your understanding and flexibility certainly helped make this move less stressful than it would otherwise have been.

Thank you for all your help. Of course, if I can only choose "Good" or "Bad", you get "Good."  I would recommend you add "Excellent" or "Awesome" in the future, as I would prefer to select one of those!!

They were delivered late yesterday afternoon and settled into their new air-conditioned quarters. They have started eating/drinking and using the litter tray so that's a good sign. Just so you know, the problem came up that Singapore Airlines told them that they would not GUARANTEE they would take the rabbit on board at all......so.....that would not even be our problem at that point. Re feedback, please feel free to use me as a reference! It was extremely stressful for me to put Brandy on a plane for a trans-Atlantic flight -- you were really able to reassure me by explaining the process, etc. Also, it's great that you have people like Francia -- my mother told me that Brandy "bonded" with her immediately, so was not nervous in leaving with her. You were always very responsive in answering my emails and phone calls, and in addressing all of my questions.

The only "glitch" was that a driver was not available to bring Brandy from LHR to my home at the later time of 6:30pm. However, I recognize that this time change was requested by me somewhat at the last minute, and importantly it worked out in the end (she arrived around 5pm and my assistant was able to meet her.)

Finally the "door to door" service (from my parents' home in NJ to my home in London) was fantastic. I could not have managed the logistics from the UK.

Brandy is doing very well in her new home!

Thanks for checking on Harley. Yes, you're right, I rang and spoke to Colleen who told me he was fine. I needed to speak to someone here for my peace of mind. Putting Harley in that cage in the van was very difficult for me, soft lad that I am.

You asked for feed back:

I first looked into the possibility of sending Harley to Oz, when we started thinking about moving there in 2001. I found it very difficult getting information and advice from Defra and our vet and realized just what a precise task it would be.

When we finally got our visas, we spoke to two removals companies: one recommended you and the other recommended a competitor. Your more professional approach and personal follow up phone call were very impressive and made us feel that you saw Harley as a living thing and not just a parcel. The constant updates by email and knowing you were at the end of the phone was also reassuring.
